1. When do I have to pay the service fees for getting a job in Germany?

Send us your CV and we start forwarding it to our clients.

Sign the Vermittlungsvertrag, job consultancy agreement, that tells us that you are ready to pay for getting a job.

As soon as first employer shows interest in interviewing you, you may pay token fee of registration., which is 10% of the total fee.

You don't have to pay anything before that.

2. How much do we have to pay for getting an Ausbilung in Germany?

300,000 INR/ 3000 EURO flat rate after receiving the offer letter.

3. Are there any jobs for which I don't have to pay service charge to JobMandi? How much do we have to pay for getting a full time job in Germany?

Yes there are few 5-10% jobs for which we get our commission through client and don't expect the candidate to pay.

For jobs, where service charge is applicable, it is minimum of your one month gross Salary.

4. How many interviews are ensured?

3 to 4 at least but we keep you in our database until you get a job/an Ausbildung and we keep circulating your CV everywhere.

6. Is German mandatory or English speaking jobs are also available?

There are only 1-2% English Speaking jobs in Germany. Whatever you have heard of are all only exceptions. It’s a German government mandate to have at least B1 or B2 level depending on the job. SO, it is advisable to learn German sooner than later.

7. How much time does it take to learn B1 and B2?

A fast track course of A1 to B1 at Jobmandi takes 6 months time.
A fast track course of A1 to B2 takes 10 months time.
Slow track courses take 9 to 15 months
